| Serving the needs of children ages 3 - 12 who are under insured or uninsured and live in Green County |
| A Community Health Needs assessment conducted by the Green County Healthy Community Coalition, indicated there is an ongoing problem of access to dental care for the underinsured and uninsured children in Green County. As a result, the Southwest Community Action Program and the Green County Healthy Communities Coalition partnered together to develop a dental clinic for low income residents of Green County. |

| Children will be referred to the this clinic by their school nurses, public health nurses, medical providers and through Social Services. |
