| A strong public health system is needed to detect and control outbreaks whether they result from bioterrorism or occur naturally. This system must include a way to dispense medication to all the citizens of the county whenever the need arises. There are three dispensing sites located in Green County. These sites will be activated ONLY for the purpose of dispensing medications on a mass basis. |
