    prenatal or post partum breast feeding mothers with
    lactation issues
  • Breast pumps and supplies available for purchase
  • Free pregnancy testing
  • Parenting,infant development Healthy Start Insurance,
    family nutrition and lifestyle management information
  • Education and resources for cessation or prevention of
    tobacco use
  • Animal bite order follow-up of animal owner and bite victim
  • Surveillance,investigation,and control of communicable
    transmitted disease including tuberculosis
  • Establishment of plan of care for individuals covered by WI
    Medical Assistance who need help in order to remain in
    their home.  The program covers assistance with cares
    such as:  bathing, dressing, toileting, or other direct
    personal cares
  • Includes periodic nursing supervision of personal care
    services
  • Respond to an act of bioterrorism, disease outbreak,
    disaster either natural or man-made or any other public
    health emergency
  • Periodic blood pressure monitoring
  • Health education and appropriate counseling
  • Coverage for preventative breast and cervical health
    screening services to income eligible women
